This term in Science Year 6 are learning about the circulatory system and its functions. Today the children were given a fantastic opportunity to have a real hands on experience with a lambs heart. The children handled and observed the heart closely, looking at its structure and discussing its function. The children also learnt about how important it is to have a healthy heart.

Reading Week- Thursday

Today we have had Mark Carton a children’s author in school. He worked with years 3, 4, 5 and 6. The children have been inspired and are now budding authors.
