Aspirations Day Year 6

Today was Aspirations Day at St. Mary’s. We were all invited to come in dressed as what we aspire to be. It was lovely to see a range of occupations enter our classroom today. We had nurses, vets, teachers, physiotherapists, police workers, lawyers, fashion designers and many more! We discussed the qualities we would need to take part in a range of jobs and shared our findings with the class. After this, we thought about the skills and qualities that we each have and thought about what we would like to accomplish by different ages in our lives. It was an eye-opening day and really helped us to think about what we would like in our futures.
