Year 2 – Beamish Trip

Year 2 had a brilliant time at Beamish. The enjoyed ‘Life in the Infant Classroom’ where they experienced what life would be like in school 100 years ago and they had fun playing games that the boys and girls would have played during playtime.

The children loved exploring the 1900s town where the visited the bank, stables, garage, printers and shops. We ended our trip by visiting the 1940s farm and seeing what life on a farm would have been like.
