Year 3J- Recycled Christmas Crafts

On Monday, Laura from Groundworks came into St Mary’s to talk to us about how it is vitally important that we use the 3 R’s- these stand for Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. We loved getting the chance to reuse old toilet roll holders to make our own Christmas decorations- complete with a pine cone! Choosing natural materials or using a pre-used item means that we are also reducing the amount of plastic decorations that we might buy. This helps us to look after our planet. I think you will agree that our decorations look fantastically festive!
